Business Background
The Locker Room was my former apparel business located at Clay Kaserne in Germany. The business served military families, soldiers, and community members by offering customizable apparel and spirit wear.
This website prototype allows me to connect that real business experience with the technical and project management concepts I have learned in CMPA 3301.
Project Goals
- Create a professional two-page website using semantic HTML.
- Use one external CSS file to style both pages consistently.
- Showcase a simple online storefront concept without real e-commerce features.
- Connect the website build to a project scope, risk plan, and retrospective reflection.
Location Concept
The business concept is connected to Clay Kaserne in Germany, where military families and soldiers formed a strong community. A future version of the site could include an embedded map or business location details, but this prototype keeps the design simple and beginner-friendly.
Project Management Connection
This project uses the unofficial project manager mindset by defining the scope, identifying risks, planning tasks, building the website, and reflecting on the final outcome. The goal is not only to create a website, but to show a complete and organized project process.
